Emerging talent Fez Ozalgan brings over nine years extensive experience to her new position as Head Chef at Barboun. She has held positions in a selection of renowned London restaurants including Barbecoa, Yosma London and Hovarda.
One of her first roles was with celebrated chef Jose Pizarro, as a Commis Chef for his events and food demonstrations. From here, Fez moved to the Jamie Oliver Group, where she worked her way up to Sous Chef at Barbecoa.
Following this, she went on to specialise in the food of her Turkish Cypriot heritage, joining modern Turkish restaurant Yosma London as Head Chef, and then moving on to Aegean-inspired bar and restaurant Hovarda as Senior Sous Chef.
