Fabian Clark
Fabian Clark, started CLAW from his parent's kitchen back in 2015.

 Prior to this, whilst working, Fabian attended courses at Leiths and L’Atelier de Chef to perfect his self taught cookery skills.These courses only fuelled his desire to open a restaurant and the growing street food scene in London looked like the perfect entry route for any budding restaurant brand.

After much debate, Fabian left his job and started operating supper clubs for his friends to test recipes. On visiting Billingsgate Market and finding out that Britain export approximately 80% of their crabs to Europe; along with the fond memory of delicious crab sandwiches on The Isle of Wight, Fabian thought it was about time to bring the humble crab back to British plates!
