Daniel Britten

Having spent the last 10 years working his way up the kitchen ladder in various restaurants and country pubs with a huge passion for local seasonal produce, Daniel now heads up the bespoke dining experience Britten For Food.

Daniel's ethos is simple, let the ingredients sing. From foraging to over the fire cooking it is all about championing local suppliers, making sure he delivers big bold flavours whilst creating beautiful plates of food for you to enjoy.

Daniel is currently in talks about possibly opening up his very own quintessential country pub in the Surrey Hills with a big focus on being super seasonal and championing local produce.

Tucked away inside a cavernous vault of the near two-hundred-year old Tobacco Dock, Taste is bringing the outside in and transforming into a ‘Feast in the Forest’ complete with towering trees, twinkling lights and a table-long spread of festive delights
