Adrian Martin is an Irish chef from County Cavan, Ireland.

Adrian has trained in some of Ireland’s most renowned restaurants including MacNean House (where he worked for six years) and Michelin Star restaurant, Bon Appetite in Malahide.

When he’s not making one of his regular television appearances, you can find Adrian traveling the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland with a primary focus to educate both Primary and Secondary School level school-goers on the importance and value of good food.

Adrian’s recipes can be found in a number of both printed and online publications, including the RTE Guide, Woman’s Way, The Farmer’s Journal, thrive magazine and Great British chefs. Adrian began his TV career on TV3's Late Lunch Live with Lucy Kennedy and Martin King.  He is a regular staple on Virgin Media One’s ’The Six O’Clock Show’, where he cooks with celebrity guests live in studio and promotes the topical events of the week with hosts Muireann O’Connell and Martin King. He’s also appeared on RTE Today and Ireland AM.

In 2015, Adrian was voted as one of Ireland’s Top 15 Rising Stars by media giant Joe. In 2017, Adrian was awarded Tatler Man One to Watch.

In 2016, Adrian teamed up with RTE to produce two new online series titled Fakeaway by Chef Adrian and Chef Adrian Eats Ireland, respectively. Following the success of this, Adrian’s debut cook book Fake Away hit the shelves in summer of 2017, and is now available in all good bookshops (and online).

Adrian’s success has lead him to release his second cookbook "Create Beautiful Food at Home" which hit the book shelves in the UK and Ireland in April 2019. Adrian is currently working and planning on opening Wildflower as a permanent restaurant having had several successful pop ups.
