Rosie Birkett

Rosie Birkett is a food writer and stylist, author and broadcaster. To date she has written three books, J’Aime London – a guidebook to London’s best eateries with the world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse; East London Food, a collaboration with the food photographer Helen Cathcart, and her debut cookbook A Lot On Her Plate: A New Way to Eat for Two, a Few or Plenty. Rosie’s recipes and food styling have appeared on the cover of BBC Good Food Magazine  (to which she is a contributing editor), Olive Magazine, and have been featured in The Sunday Times Magazine, The Telegraph, Red, Grazia, In Style and Guardian Cook.

Rosie has cooked at various sell-out residencies and pop-ups across London, including Carousel in Marylebone and J Sheekey Oyster Bar, and she has collaborated on dinners with chefs James Lowe, Jose Pizarro, Olia Hercules and Romy Gill. She regularly hosts a food trends slot on Channel Four’s award-winning food magazine show Sunday Brunch, and has appeared on Saturday Kitchen, Masterchef and The Great British Menu.
