After running That Hungry Chef, one of London’s premier fine dining and private catering services, Pratap Chahal, who trained at Gordon Ramsay Claridges, Chez Bruce, Galvin Bistrot and Cinnamon Club, opened Flavour Bastard in 2017 in partnership with restaurateur Vic Singh.
Situated on Frith Street, Soho, Flavour Bastard takes vibrant flavours from around the world, removing traditions and rules whilst adding a bit of mischief and creativity to tell the story flavour running away from home.
Pratap’s unique style of cooking marries his French Michelin training with a year and a half of travelling around the world and his Indian heritage. A combination not to be missed! He’s also known for working with perfume ingredients to create his signature ‘Edible Scent’ style of cooking.
