What is Taste of London?
Taste of London is part of the Taste Festivals, where the host city’s most acclaimed restaurants and chefs gather in a stunning venue to present their signature dishes to thousands of ‘foodie’ visitors. Taste of London is the jewel in the Taste Festivals crown, attracting 50,000 visitors to Regent's Park every year.
In your visit to Taste of London, you will have the unique opportunity to dine from 40 of the capital's top restaurants, try and buy from 200 food and drink producers, enjoy a fine wine tasting and watch some of the world's greatest chefs demonstrate their skills live on stage.
Taste Festivals have set a new benchmark for food and drink events worldwide with 14 Taste Festivals now being hosted around the world.

What are the event opening times?
Taste of London takes place in 7 sessions across 4 days (20th - 23rd June 2013). From Thursday to Saturday there is a 'lunch' session and an 'evening' session, and on Sunday just a 'lunch' session.
Lunch Sessions 12pm - 4pm.
Evening Sessions 5:30pm - 9:30pm.
Sunday Lunch Session 12pm - 5pm.
What are Crowns?
Crowns are the official currency of Taste of London. £1 = 2 Crowns.
Does everyone accept Crowns?
Crowns are used to buy food and drinks from all restaurants and bars. Some exhibitors also accept them - look out for the "Crowns accepted here" signs on their stands.
Can I use Pound Sterling (£) throughout the site?
You can only use £’s at exhibitor stands. Restaurants and bars only accept Crowns.
Will I be able to exchange any spare Crowns at the end of the event?
Crowns are non-refundable, so make sure you spend every last one!
Will the event be affected by unfortunate weather circumstances?
Unless advised by the local authority, the event will go ahead despite any weather circumstances. So sun, rain or shine, Taste will thrive no matter what! For the latest weather information, click here.
As this is an outdoor festival, please wear appropriate footwear as weather conditions may vary throughout.
Should the weather turn for the worst, there are many covered marquee areas at the show. Wet weather ponchos are readily available and free at the event.
Where can I see when the chefs are performing in the Taste Theatre?
Once the chef timetables for 2013 are announced, they will be displayed on the site so that you can plan your trip.
How many Crowns would you recommend buying per person?
We’d advise you begin with around 30 Crowns, this allows you to take advantage of the restaurants and exhibitors on offer. There are 3 Crown Banks on site, as well as Crown sellers roaming the site, so there is always the opportunity to purchase more.
How much are each of the dishes at the restaurants?
The average dish at Taste of London is 8-12 Crowns (£4-6).

Do children under 6 require a ticket to attend?
No, but proof of identification may be required.
Are there any age limits?
No! Everyone and anyone is welcome.
Are there car-parking facilities on site?

Can I bring my own food and/or drink?
No food will be permitted into the site premises. Only bottled water will be allowed.
Are pets allowed?
Only guide dogs will be permitted on site. No pets allowed.
Are there storage facilities on site?
There will be a cloakroom upon entry. It is £1 per item.
Can I leave the festival site and come back in?
No. It is necessary to stay in until your Taste session has ended.
Is smoking permitted on site?
Please refrain from smoking near the restaurants and exhibitor stalls. There are designated smoking areas which can be found here.
Is the site wheelchair friendly?
Yes, and there are also wheelchairs available for hire (subject to availability). For more information, click here.
Is there a cloakroom facility?
Yes, you may leave items in the shop and drop located at the entrance. It is £1 per item, and subject to capacity.
Will there be ATM facilities on site?
No. Although all Crown banks and roaming crowns take card.
