Director James, along with kitchen manager Laura and chefs Lucy and Alex, make handmade proper sausage rolls in their little production kitchen in Mells, outside of Frome, only 10 miles south of Bath. The pastry is a secret one only known by them, and is handmade, crispy and flaky. The meat and dairy that they use is real free range – outdoor reared, high welfare and locally sourced from Somerset, Devon and Dorset. They pride themselves on making the best sausage rolls they can, without skimping, and then going from there – which is why they are becoming so popular, they are a BBC Good Food Champion, and voted ‘The best we’ve ever tasted’ by GQ magazine.

They specialize in working some of the most prestigious and largest events in the country, ranging from music festivals to food festivals, farmers markets, country fairs and agricultural shows. They wholesale, and they also have a next day nationwide sausage roll delivery service that they’re proud of!
