Adamas caviar is produced in a unique location within the Natural Park of the Tormo river; the only open circuit plant fed by a number of pristine flatland springs. The waters are fresh and crystal clear and provide the perfect environment for accurately selected sturgeons to be raised with GMO free fodder.
The supreme quality of the eggs and the skills of the best international Caviar Masters enable them to make the best of the traditional “Malossol” method, which has proven to be the best way of preserving their caviar’s unmistakable taste and quality.
Their facilities allow them to keep the whole process – from breeding to packaging – under direct supervision, enabling them to perform strict controls on each phase of production. Adamas Caviar take pride in the way they work, maintaining the highest quality standards and to work in an environmentally friendly manner, thus doing their best to meet the true Italian food quality philosophy.
The company has been specialising in sturgeon breeding since 1988 and, after years of intense work and research, gave birth to ADAMAS, an exclusive Italian caviar, quickly gaining attention as one of the leaders in the industry.
